The e-mail archives for Phobos Collaborators are here.

The mailing list of Phobos experiment is maintained at MIT's Athena system. If you want to send an e-mail message to all the members of the collaboration at the same time send it to phobos@mit.edu. 

Note that all of these lists are restricted so that only members can send e-mail and have it circulated.  The phobos@mit.edu list is moderated so that a person who is not a member can have an e-mail distributed if one of the administrators is notified and/or recognizes the address or subject line of the e-mail.
